To meet the shortage of qualified technical staff trained in the Machinery, Metal and Manufacturing Sector required by industrial organizations in Turkey and especially in our region. To train individuals who have applied professional competencies in accordance with International Occupational Standards, who are compatible with the technology required by the sector, who have high communication skills, problem solving ability and teamwork spirit; National, humanitarian values and business ethics.

To train qualified individuals with the qualifications demanded by the business world, especially in the manufacturing sector in our province and region within the framework of University, Industry and Local Government cooperation in our changing world. To be a vocational education unit that provides its students with the applied vocational skills infrastructure that will adapt to the constantly developing and changing conditions in industrial environments and to ensure that its graduates participating in the workforce are employed at the highest rate, respecting universal values, adopting international total quality management principles, compatible with technology and aiming for continuous development.
