Yalova University, which aims to cultivate individuals equipped with contemporary skills capable of integrating with the world, was established by publication in the Official Gazette dated May 31, 2008, numbered 26892. In response to the need for a university in Yalova, which became a province in 1995, the Yalova Higher Education Foundation was established on January 22, 1996. The Yalova University Construction and Sustainment Association was established on February 19, 2007. As a result of university establishment efforts, Yalova University, a young and dynamic university in Yalova, a new province, began its educational activities in 2008. Yalova University Altınova Vocational School, within the framework of university, industry, and local government collaboration, aims to cultivate qualified individuals with the competencies demanded by the business world, particularly in the manufacturing sector in our city and region. The Yalova University Rectorate Senate Education Commission, in its meeting number 2019/16 and dated March 8, 2019, decided to admit students by department.
