a) To enroll in this program, a medical report stating "Professional Diver" is required from the Underwater Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine Departments of university/state hospitals or from a Hyberbaric Oxygen Therapy Center with an Underwater Physician. Students must meet the qualification requirements stipulated in the Professional Diver Regulations. Students are responsible for completing their own personal diving equipment (mask, fins, snorkel, 15-liter diving tank, wetsuit, buoyancy jacket-BC, deep-water regulator, tri-console booties, weight belt, 10 kg weight underwater flashlight, and dive bag) at the beginning of the academic year. Students will be responsible for their own accommodation and boat diving expenses during educational trips organized by the University each year.
b) Before making a selection, candidates should contact their affiliated higher education institution to verify the program's authorization certificate, issued by the General Directorate of Marine and Inland Waters Regulation of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
