Gökhan TIMAÇ, born in Izmit in 1979; In 2004, he completed his undergraduate education at Marmara University, Faculty of Technical Education, Department of Metal Teacher Training, as the top student. After university, he worked at Arçelik A.Ş. in 2004. He started working as a Maintenance Supervisor in the Production Engineering Department of the Washing Machine Factory. He also took part in TPM-Lean trainings and projects within the scope of Lean/TPM (Total Productive Maintenance / Management) -Lean activities within Arçelik. During this period, he was interested in production maintenance activities and plastic moulds/process. TPM-LEAN activities include TPM-LEAN training, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding, Lubrication, Problem solving techniques, Poke Yoke, 5S, Kaizen, 14001 environment, Machine mechanical maintenance, Technical drawing, Measurement and control, etc. Provided in-factory training.

While working at Arçelik, he started his master's degree at Marmara University, Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Metal Education in 2004 and completed his master's degree in 2006 with his master's thesis "Investigation of the Weldability of Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys Used in the Aviation Industry by TIG Welding Method". has completed. After completing his master's degree, he did his short-term military service in 2007. After military service, he worked in the Arçelik Washing Machine factory, R&D department, R&D Design Supervisor and TPM-YALIN activities. During this period, designs, tests, projects, patents, etc. He has worked on many subjects within the scope of engineering activities. While working at Arçelik, he started his PhD program at Marmara University, Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Metal Education, and completed his PhD in 2016 with his PhD thesis "Production of Nickel-Based Superalloy Foam Materials by Void Forming Technique and Investigation of Their Microstructural and Mechanical Properties". During this period, he received an international patent and took part in an EU project.

He completed the "International Welding Engineering" (IWE) program in 2011. In 2014, he received the "Occupational Safety Expertise / Class-C" certificate. In addition, as a social responsibility, he worked at Ahmet Elginkan Vocational and Technical Education Center between 2007 and 2017; Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Welding, TPM-Lean, Training the Trainer, Social Styles, Problem Solving Techniques, FMEA, 6Sigma, etc. He gave courses and seminars.

He left his job at Arçelik in 2012 and took part in R&D, design, engineering and manufacturing activities in the NOVA group, in the R&D and Engineering department, as a Project Technical Manager. During this period, SHELL, Swatch, PO – OMV, Polimeks, KIA, OPEL, Mercedes etc. He has served as the Technical Manager in terms of engineering of many national and international projects such as.

In 2015, NOVA left the group and founded TIRSAN A.Ş. He started his career as Welded Manufacturing Manager. In this role, he took part in many tanker projects, especially stainless and aluminum materials, on pressure vessels and dangerous goods transportation. In 2017 TIRSAN A.Ş. He was promoted and continued to work as Quality Assurance and LEAN Production Manager. While in this position, he worked on total quality system installation, trainings, lean activities, patents, projects, etc., especially international standards. He took part in many studies. He took part in ISO 9001, 14001, 10002, OHSAS 18001 management systems and 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Jishuken, Method, A3, TRIZ, FMEA within the scope of PDI, PQ, IQC, SQA and Lean system. During this period, he received 7 patents and took part in 3 TUBITAK projects.

TIRSAN A.Ş. in 2019 He left his job at Yalova University, Altınova Vocational School, and continues to work as the administrative officer of the Head of the Department of Machinery and Metal Technologies. While in this position, he received Non-Destructive Testing Expertise (NDT) NDT Level II- UT, PT, RT, VT - Level III- MT EN ISO 9712 certificates and successfully completed the responsible execution of a MARKA project and received 3 Patent registrations. It has been teaching courses in accordance with the staff from the fall and summer semesters of 2019-2020 / 2020-2021 / 2021-2022 until today. He is married and has two children.

Lecturer See. Murat ŞAHİN

He was born in Trabzon in 1980. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Trabzon. He graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Technical Education, Metal Teacher Training Department in 2003. RAMSAN PLS, which mainly manufactures plastic injection and molds after university. KALIP IND. and TRADE. LTD. He worked as Manufacturing Chief at ŞTİ.

In 2005, Arçelik A.Ş. He worked as a designer in the Product Development and Quality Control Departments of the Washing Machine Plant. In 2008, he left Arçelik A.Ş. due to his military service and performed his military service for a short period.

He completed his master's degree at Marmara University, Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Metal Education, between 2004 and 2007.

He returned to Trabzon in mid-2008 and started Hekimoğlu Döküm A.Ş., which has steel, ductile iron and bimetal casting, processing and painting facilities. He started working at the company. Here until 2018; He served as responsible and manager in the Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Occupational Safety departments.

In 2018, he worked as an occupational safety specialist in Mevlana Joint Health and Safety Unit and in the Trabzon, Rize, Gümüşhane, Giresun region, mainly in the HEPP, Construction, Production, Sewage and Highways sectors.

It has many trainings and certificates in the fields of ISO TS 16949, 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 management systems and Quality and Occupational Safety. He also has various trainings and certificates regarding Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) used especially in the automotive industry. He also has Class A occupational safety expertise and dangerous goods safety consultancy certificates.

In 2019, he started his academic career as a Lecturer in the Welding Technology Program of Yalova University Altınova Vocational School, Department of Machinery and Metal Technologies. He served as the Head of Department in the Department of Machinery and Metal Technologies between 2019-2022. As of October 2022, he is currently serving as the Deputy Director of Altınova Vocational School. He worked as a project manager in a development agency (MARKA) Vocational Education Application and Research Center project. He continues his doctoral studies at Marmara University, Institute of Science, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the thesis stage. He speaks good English. He is married and has three children.

Özgür DEMİR, born in Istanbul in 1982; He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Bursa. He completed Uludağ University TBMYO Air Conditioning - Refrigeration Associate Degree in 2002, Zonguldak Karaelmas University Karabük Technical Education Faculty Plumbing Teaching Undergraduate Education in 2007, and then completed his Master's and Doctorate education in Karabük University Institute of Science, Mechanical Education Department. He has given associate degree courses and consultancy in many departments, undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering department and Master's degree courses in Nuclear Energy and Energy Systems department. He served in administrative positions such as Department Head, AUZEF Provincial Coordinator Assistant, Senate Representative, and Deputy Director. In the private sector, he worked as a project manager in the construction of Karabük KARES AVM within TEM İnşaat and also in Sinop Yatırım A.Ş., Dedeoğlu Tic. Ltd. He worked as a private sector consultant in companies such as Şti. He has studies on industrial drying, Solar Powered Vehicles and Energy. He is married and has two children.

He was born in Erzurum in 1971. He graduated from Atatürk University Erzurum Vocational School Automotive Department in 2000, and from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration in 2011. He started his civil service career at Atatürk University in 1995, and later worked at Yıldız Technical University, Istanbul University and Kocaeli University; He served as Administrative Chief, Salary Accrual, Purchasing, Procurement Treasurer and School Secretary. He was appointed as School Secretary to Armutlu Vocational School on 01.08.2013. Later, he served as Canteen and Dining Halls Branch Manager and Purchasing Branch Manager in our institution. He is currently working as the School Secretary at Altınova Vocational School.
