Our school made a record-breaking application to the TEKNOFEST 2023 competition, held under the coordination of Altınova MYO Director Dr. Lecturer Gökhan TIMAÇ, with 5 teams: 3 teams advised by Lecturer Dr. Eren Uyan, Lecturer Dr. Selahattin Alp Erkurtulmuş, and Lecturer Atilla Baytemür from the Shipbuilding Program, and 2 teams advised by Lecturer İsmail Kalkan and Lecturer Özkan Münüklü from the Welding Technology Program.
Our applications were made with: the Gözcüler Team, consisting of students Elif Hatice Alptekin, Eren Gümüş, Devrim Gövercin, under the advisory of Lecturer Dr. Eren Uyan, with the project title "Smart Tracking Security System in Shipyards"; the Şara San Team, consisting of students Abdullah İsmail Poyraz, Ahmet Furkan Argün, Mazlum Aydın, Kerem Çelik, İbrahim Erdem Günhan, and Yaren Aykalkan, under the advisory of Lecturer Özkan Münüklü, with the project title "Water Generator"; the Nature Power Team, consisting of students Miraç Arslan, Onur Can Kaya, and Harun Kağan Aksoy, under the advisory of Lecturer Dr. Selahattin Alp Erkurtulmuş, with the project title "Offshore Green Energy Station"; the AltınovaMetalWorkz Team, consisting of students Berkay Kısa, Hasan Basri Ustabaş, Azize Aleyna Yılmaz, and Toşga Özçelik, under the advisory of Lecturer İsmail Kalkan, with the project title "KCY77-01"; and the MamiWata Team, consisting of students Elif Cansel Kandemir, Salih Emre Şeker, Amet Eren Çakır, Furkan Yakup Yakut, Ömer Faruk Başar, İsmail Tamer, Arif Aslan Çınar, Davut Özyurt, and İrem Başar, under the advisory of Lecturer Atilla Baytemur, with the project title "Unmanned Underwater Vehicle".
The Director of our Vocational School, Dr. Lecturer Gökhan TIMAÇ, congratulated the advisor lecturers and students of our school's TeknoFest teams, wished them success in the competition, and took a souvenir photo.
