DÖÇ-PÖÇ Matching & Course File Creation Training Organized

Altınova Vocational School Education and Training Unit Coordinator Lecturer Dr. Özgür DEMİR attended a training on "training, sample application and exchange of views after the integration of DÖÇ-PÖÇ Matching into the University Information Management System (UBYS)" organized by Yalova University Education and Training Coordination on 6.11.2025, with the aim of contributing to the Bologna Process and institutional quality processes. As a result of this training, he organized this training to share the information he acquired with all academic staff in our Vocational School.

During the training, information was provided on topics such as the processes after the integration of course learning outcomes (DÖÇ) and program learning outcomes (PÖÇ) matching into the University Information Management System (UBYS), effective use of the system, sample applications, etc. In addition, information was provided on how to create the documentation called Course File/Course Archive File, which is important in quality accreditation processes, in the "Achievement Evaluation and Analysis Page" accessed from the Instructor tab in the UBYS system.

It was especially emphasized that before using this system, the "Learning Outcomes", "Program Outcomes", "Weekly Course Contents" in the Bologna system and their correlations must be completed correctly. The training was completed by addressing sample applications and issues to be corrected regarding the current situation.
