Dr. Talip İBİN, lecturer in the Underwater Program at Altınova Vocational School, met with students for the fifth time within the scope of the “Science Talks” program carried out by TÜBİTAK.
In the event held on May 23, 2025, at Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Secondary School in the Tepebaşı district of Eskişehir, our lecturer met with middle school students and, in his presentation titled “Harmful Marine Species in Turkish Seas,” conveyed the effects of invasive species on marine ecosystems within a scientific framework.
At the end of the talk, which attracted great interest from students with its entertaining and informative content, thank you certificates were presented to our lecturer and to the project coordinator, Science teacher Ms. Rabia ÖZ, by the school principal, Mr. Vedat Çelik.
After the event, the year-end science exhibition prepared by the school students was opened with the participation of our lecturer and visited by everyone.
