Workplace Application Training Evaluation Report Published

The Workplace Application Training Course Workplace Survey Evaluation Report has been prepared regarding the Workplace Application Training course conducted by Yalova University Altınova Vocational School Shipbuilding and Welding Technology programs in the Spring Semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year. The data obtained revealed that the program has a structure that is compatible with the sector, successful, and makes significant contributions to the development of students.

The vast majority of businesses participating in the survey stated that the course was very useful, and they expressed the view that students had a high ability to adapt to the work environment. The most striking finding is that all businesses expressed their desire to accept students again in the future.

In addition, 66.7% of businesses stated that they plan to employ students after graduation.

In the survey evaluation, it was highlighted that the strongest aspects of the program are offering early professional development opportunities and providing students with practical experience. However, suggestions were included that it would be beneficial for students to work in a single department for a longer period to further increase the quality of the application.

The survey results show that the Workplace Application Training course provides a high level of benefit and that our students are successfully involved in the sector.
