An evening meal organization was held on 18.11.2025 by MEDEK (Vocational Education Evaluation and Accreditation Association) at XPRESS KITCHEN, our external stakeholder in the catering sector in the shipyard region, with whom we cooperate whenever needed. On behalf of XPRESS KITCHEN, Chairman of the Board Ms. Meltem DANIŞMAN accompanied us during the organization.
MEDEK Evaluators at the organization were; Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk VURAL (Team Leader), Dr. Lecturer Melih KEKİK (Evaluator), Assoc. Dr. Volkan ONAR (Evaluator), Student Representative Enes EŞİTMEZ (Student) and on behalf of Altınova Vocational School, Machine and Metal Technologies Department, Welding Technology Program, Vocational School Director Dr. Lecturer Gökhan TIMAÇ, Vocational School Assistant Director Lecturer Murat ŞAHİN, Vocational School Assistant Director Lecturer Ezgi AKSU KILIÇGEDİK, Lecturer Dr. Özgür DEMİR, and Student Affairs Officer Didem SARITAŞ were present.
Ms. Meltem provided information about the catering needs of the Yalova Shipyard Region, the work carried out, and the growing expansion in the region.
