Electrical and Electronic Maintenance of Our "Yalova University-1" Training Ship Has Been Completed

Under the patronage of T.C. Yalova University Rectorate, the shore power cable for our Altınova Vocational School's training ship, named "Yalova University-1", was supplied by the Yalova University electrical works unit. Subsequently, Captain Cengiz BÜYÜKKESKİN, together with electrical technician Erdem DALGIÇ, installed the shore power panel on the ship. Due to the old electrical installation, inspections were carried out to identify non-functional devices on the boat, and work was done considering possible malfunctions. One of the non-functional devices, the main engine rectifier, was replaced after Captain Cengiz BÜYÜKKESKİN's consultation with Alpha World Elektronik Enerji A.Ş. Our Altınova Vocational School Director Dr. Lecturer Gökhan TIMAÇ ensured the rectifier reached our Training Ship. It was then installed and tested by Captain Cengiz BÜYÜKKESKİN and electrical technician Erdem DALGIÇ.
